Hawaiian Shrimp

On a day like today when it's blisteringly cold in Minnesota, I love to look at mom and dad's Christmas card. In it, they are posing on the beach in Hawaii. I know one of dad's favorite Hawaiian memories was their day at the north shore. They ended up there kind of by accident and ended up seeing all kinds of sea turtles. They also enjoyed what both mom and dad claimed was, "the best shrimp we've ever tasted." It was from a little stand on the beach. Great memories!
