On April 10, 2012 my dad passed away unexpectedly. This blog is my attempt to capture the stories and memories of his most extraordinary life. My hope is that it will also be a way to heal my heart.

Emergency Room
Tomorrow I have an appointment to get my hair cut. As I glanced in my rearview mirror today I thought of what dad would have said,"Do they have an emergency room?"
